In 2005, Ms. McElyea founded Grade Results, Inc, with the mission to improve student learning outcomes by providing high quality, empowering, and enriching online learning experiences that are responsive to each student's individual needs.
Ms. McElyea has more than 20+ years of experience in the tutoring services and supplemental educational services industry. Under her leadership, Grade Results became the leading educational service provider.
She is active in the day-to-day operations of the company. Her roles and responsibilities in the company include general management, organizational and financial management oversight, proposal review, and implementation activities.
Prior to establishing Grade Results, Ms. McElyea had a 24-year career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a CPA and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
